Tribute to my Nani Ma

The bond that a person develops with his mother can never be severed. You grew as a tiny soul inside her for nine months. She carried you and sustained you, sharing her sustenance with you through your umbrilical cord. When you are born the cord is severed. It is never severed in her heart. That bond lasts forever.
As we grow up we become our own people and may come to forget that woman who nurtured and loved us. Now that she is no more with us , we will always remember her for her teachings , her smile, her small small ways to take care of everyone, her good wishes and everything.
We will look for her in people we meet, we will look for her voice and for her words and many times will look beyond human understanding and belives.
She was an angel for most of us, gave us values and self awareness. She has guided us through life with her wisdom, her God’s light.She steers us from wrong and leads us toward right way . She laughed with us in happy times and comforted our tears in bad one’s.
She does not need not a halo, or any silken wings honestly , even when her body was taken away , to be burned, I could see , the glory of God’s blessing on her , her face scintillating in a mesmerizing manner. Blissful and pulverizing experience.
My angel, can be replaced by anyone else.
She will always live in our hearts and our minds. We will always embrace her in our thoughts. We will never forget you and never stop loving you. All of us will Miss u ! Always…

Right Balance of Life

At times I feel so confused.. thinking what do I want in life?, or rather what do I want from life?. Is it physical or mental satisfaction merely or something beyond this?.

 Sipping my cup of tea, my brain gets millions of thoughts. We are born , we grow up , marry have children and we grow old then we die. This is a normal process of life, rather a stark truth of life. But what is life, I m perplexed with the question most of the time, one of the most quizzical term since my childhood. Being a child I had always read books and searched things about life. But now at a age when I have experienced 25 years on this beautiful mother earth, I can atleast try to get a better view of life, better understanding and maybe better jotting of it in words. Life is just a 4 letter word, but comprises the whole universe in it.

We are born and we start running after soo many things ,be it anything. The craving for each materialistic thing increases. One need is satisfied and the other pops up. Why do we run after all this if we have to die?.I often question myself about it? If at the end , I want eternal peace why do I feel I need to work and I need to do something good for my family?. At times I feel I shall leave everthything and get into spirituality , but then the next thought says what about my responsibilities??, then the next pop up in brain is?, M I really responsible for sumthing?.

Everything will be managed , me there or me there not. Life still moves on?. So does my existence really matters?. Then I think , I am educated now , so would work for some 20 years and then devote myself to sumthing which is beyond all this. Maybe this is balance in life. As a child grows old, he is prepared to go to school, same way when we start getting old, we have to prepare ourself to go to Him. Then a thought cropped up in my mind, what if from our body the soul goes away?. Then the body becomes dead, as per science. Right now I can type whatever I want, as per my will, but if from my body this soul goes away, I cant even blink an eye. Amazing , if you actually think about it. Without soul the body is a dead body. Soul, again a 4 letter word,but what is it?, that makes all the body part active?. All the things function in our body? And without it , we are nothing. Soul which I have heard from people is a part of Him and if we are lucky, it gets into him. Imagine we are born and then we die , but the soul remains the same.

 No one can harm it touch it, or hurt it, it does nt bleed. It’s like soul changes bodies, be it in any shape and in any form. Soul, the biggest human miracle is right inside us and we keep searching for things that can tell us God exist or does not?. How ironical human is! Alas.. I some how feel connected to him. I like that feeling very much. I enjoy it and I enjoy making people happy around me.

I like freedom and have now understood that do what your heart says and don’t go with what people say. At the end if u do something wrong , u atleast know ur mistake are yours and u haad not been a pawn in a game played by people around you. Life your life the way you want. Have courage to say No. Have courage to do what makes you feel happy, as at the end it’s about the soul, which dances when we do something which connects us to Him. Writing for eg. Is something I cherish and feels like writing more and more… anything and everything, but have realized with time that most of my writings makes me feel more closer to Him. As I might start with anything ends with spiritual discussion. So now m trying to make a balance in my life.

Not run after things.Do what I Like. Atleast start doing what I like. Gives me immense pleasure. But when I get back to the same people who talk about only materialistic things, I again tend to think, am I lagging behind?, is money everything?.

Then I feel No. Maybe the people who run after all this, all this means, success, fame , money, etc etc. they might feel satisfied that yes that they got all this, but at the end, they realize, how much fake all of this is. We life 2 lives internal and external. Both crave and both wanna be fed with different things. How to stike a right balance is a process called Life. Life is a process. There are 4 things that gives us pain In life Jealousy ,desires, death & addiction. If a man is not Aaffected by bad , affected by good , M sure he rules his senses. This kind of person surely has internal inclination towards the Most powerful Soul, Him.

Soo much to explore, maybe next time .. can keep on writing and writing on this… All things apart, you might gain anything from life, emotional stability and intellectual openness will only lead you to the right balance of Life.

22 ways of Motivation and retention of employees

Today’s fast-moving business environment demands that the effective manager be both a well-organized administrator and highly adept in understanding people’s basic needs and behaviour in the workplace. Gaining commitment, nurturing talent, and ensuring employee motivation and productivity require open communication and trust between managers and staff.

1. Understand their behavior

People at work naturally tend to adopt instinctive modes of behaviour that are self-protective rather than open and collaborative. This explains why emotion is a strong force in the workplace and why management often reacts violently to criticisms and usually seeks to control rather than take risks. So, in order to eliminate this kind of perspective and to increase employee motivation, it is best that you influence behaviour rather than to change personalities. Insisting what you expect from your employees will only worsen the situation.

2. Be sure that people’s lower-level needs are met.

People have various kinds of needs. Examples of lower-level needs are salary, job security, and working conditions. In order to increase employee motivation, you have to meet these basic needs. Consequently, failures with basic needs nearly always explain dissatisfaction among staff. Satisfaction, on the other hand, springs from meeting higher-level needs, such as responsibility progress, and personal growth. When satisfaction is met, chances are employee motivation is at hand.

3. Encourage pride

People need to feel that their contribution is valued and unique. If you are a manager, seek to exploit this pride in others, and be proud of your own ability to handle staff with positive results. This, in turn, will encourage employee motivation among your people.

4. Listen carefully

In many areas of a manager’s job, from meetings and appraisals to telephone calls, listening plays a key role. Listening encourages employee motivation and, therefore, benefits both you and your staff. So make an effort to understand people’s attitudes by careful listening and questioning and by giving them the opportunity to express themselves.

5. Build confidence

Most people suffer from insecurity at some time. The many kinds of anxiety that affect people in organizations can feed such insecurity, and insecurity impedes employee motivation. Your antidote, therefore, is to build confidence by giving recognition, high-level tasks, and full information. In doing so, you only not refurbish employee motivation but boost productivity as well.

6. Encourage contact

Many managers like to hide away behind closed office doors, keeping contact to a minimum. That makes it easy for an administrator, but hard to be a leader. It is far better to keep your office door open and to encourage people to visit you when the door is open. Go out of your way to chat to staff on an informal basis. Keep in mind that building rapport with your staff will effectively increase employee motivation.

7. Use the strategic thinking of all employees.

It is very important to inform people about strategic plans and their own part in achieving the strategies. Take trouble to improve their understanding and to win their approval, as this will have a highly positive influence on performance and increasing employee motivation as well.

8. Develop trust

The quality and style of leadership are major factors in gaining employee motivation and trust. Clear decision making should be coupled with a collaborative, collegiate approach. This entails taking people into your confidence and explicitly and openly valuing their contributions. By simply giving your staff the opportunity to show that you can trust them is enough to increase employee motivation among them.

9. Delegate decisions

Pushing the power of decision-making downward reduces pressure on senior management. It motivates people on the lower levels because it gives them a vote of confidence. Also, because the decision is taken nearer to the point of action, it is more likely to be correct. Consequently, by encouraging them to choose their own working methods, make decisions, and giving them responsibility for meeting the agreed goal will encourage employee motivation among your staff.

When choosing methods of assessing your staff’s performance, always make sure that the end result has a positive effect on employee motivation and increases people’s sense of self-worth. Realistic targets, positive feedback, and listening are key factors.

11.     Take Care of the Little Things to Motivate Others

Doing the little things well will show that you respect your employees.  Making sure you are on time for meetings, saying “good morning” and “thank-you,” and returning phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner goes a long way to showing your employees that you care during chaotic times.

 

12.     Be an Active Listener to Motivate Others

Recent research stated that the average supervisor or manager only invests two hours per year applying “pure listening” skills.  Pure listening is when you are listening to your employee you are not:

§         Multitasking

§         Ordering your lunch

§         Watching people walk by your office.

§         Answering telephone calls

§         Setting up appointments

To be a pure listener you must be an active listener.  Good managers do more than pay attention.  They genuinely care about people and never talk down to them.  They ask their employees about their goals and dreams, their past achievement, their concerns and challenges during this chaotic time.  They listen with their hearts and minds.  They respect the employee’s thoughts and opinions.  They realize that the employees sometimes have the best answer for achieving more through chaos.

13.     Walk Your Talk to Motivate Others

 

Leading through example is a brilliant trait of leadership and will be necessary to help motivate staff in a recession environment. Simply do as you say and behave as you would wish your staff to behave, and soon you will have effectively changed the culture of your business in a small but useful way. How you wish your employees to behave is up to you!

  

If you expect your employees to arrive early, then you arrive early.  If you expect your employees to keep their promises, you keep your promises.  If you want your employees to keep to high standards, you keep to high standards.

Your employees are watching you even when you don’t think they are watching you.  So set the tone.  Once you walk through the doors of your organization make sure you are positive and upbeat if you expect your employees to be positive and upbeat.

The key to motivating an individual is to speak in terms of that employee’s deepest wishes and desires. If the employee wishes to own their business then you must remind them that by completing the task you have given them, you will be improving their skills that will allow them to pursue their dream in time. This is a brilliant tip that if used on a personal level – can inspire whole teams of workers, one individual at a time

14.     Let People Know They Make a Difference to Motivate Others

At the top of many lists of what motivates employees, more than money, is knowing that they make a difference at work.  One of the most powerful methods of letting your employees know they make is difference is…praise (Go to article Appreciate to Motivate to learn how).  The praise should relate to how the employee helps achieve the overall mission of the organization.

15.     Communicate Clearly to Motivate Others

Communicate so that others understand what you want to achieve.  Adapt your communication to the audience you are speaking.  Constantly communicate your vision and goals so that there are no misunderstandings.  The clearer the vision, the clearer the communication, the clearer the opportunity for success.

16.     Help Employees Succeed to Motivate Others

People go to work to succeed, not fail.  It is your job to understand your employee’s strengths and weaknesses so that you can put them in the best position to succeed.  If, for example, you find out that an employee is lacking in a certain skill set to succeed during a change then provide the coaching and training to make them and your organization successful.  The best managers minimize or eliminate their employees weaknesses and while building on their strengths.  Remove any and all barriers to success.

  

17.     Focus Your Team on the Goal to Motivate Others

Focus your employees on the end result, the overall team goal.  Once you successful communicate this your team will band together to defeat any obstacles that get in the way.

 

18.     Create High Standards to Motivate Others

High-performance organizations set high standards for their people.  Employees want to know what is expected of them, how their performance is measured, and what rewards they can expect when they exceed the standard.  Make sure the standards are consistently applied to each employee.  Make sure each employee understands how the standards are measured so that they know how to reach it.  As each plateau is reached, set new goals.

 

19.     Help Your Employees Compete and Win to Motivate Others

Develop goals that help all your employees excel.  Workers are inherently competitive and you can take advantage of this by setting tough competitive challenges to inspire your workers. Challenges are easy to set as long as you follow two rules:

– Don’t let employees compete against those in their own team
– Give employees as much support as they need to complete their challenge, don’t leave them alone to try and tackle a tough goal.

  

20.  Reward Outstanding Achievement to Motivate Others

Find ways to recognize your achievers in a public way.  The more you reward employees for excellent achievement, the more you receive more of the same behavior.  Make sure you are consistent with the way you contribute rewards to your employees.  Very important, make use you communicate exactly why the employee is being rewarded.  And last, reward as soon as possible to the action.

21.  Celebrate length of service, birthdays etc.

It’s always a big moment for an employee who has been at your company for 1 year, 5 years, 10 years, etc.  Make sure that you announce and celebrate these moments. Birthdays of course.

22. Offer in House training

 Utilize senior staff to establish training sessions to help your employees improve their skills and they will ultimately perform better at their jobs.

23. Encourage vacations and weekends free

 The last thing you want right now is burnt out employees.  Make sure your employees feel comfortable when they are taking time off!

You are the master of your own life…

A 3 year old child loves to run in the house freely, without any boundations. The mother puts a new Kashmiri carpet in the floor and now the child is told not to run inside the drawing room. Now the child cant run freely , he feels restricted and in few days gets used to this border line created by his mother.

Now even for him, decency is not to spoil the new carpet , even if he has to put hold on his steps. Out of dear and out of force.

All of us are a victim of the same in soo many ways ,this is just a mere example. Since we were born and opened our tiny eyes, we have been accustomed to soo many restrictions like these, with fear and force not with natural instinct.

We are told wht is wrong and what is right. We are not given a chance to decide, as we are small, and as time passes by, we get soo used to all these restrictions, that we give the sam e to our children. Why not we think of giving them freedom of choice and expression. Freedom of being decent in his own way.

 

Society is hypocrite, those who behave decent are decent?. Hoho! Dats how it works in this world. Those who open there mouth against whts going on are indecent.! What an irony. And we say we live in a place of democracy, where we have the  freedom of speech and expression.

An political leader  who works on women empowerment in front of the people in real beats his wife at home?. Decent in public and indecent at home. But NO we dnt call him indecent as today deceny is all about how you behave among people. Your real face .. never comes up, which is rather far more ugly…

What is good and what is bad? Who has decided it? God? No, it’s us , humans , it’s the society which has decided all this.

Which God says , worship me daily?? Or u go to hell?. Which God says , you drink and fag, you go to hell??. Who has heard him say this? No one.. God never says THIS .. we say all this.. categorizing good and categorizing bad..  as for us .. it would be betterment for the society.  

I have seen soo many of my friends who are married, they are restricted to smoke and drink @ home, from there stubborn wife’s , so they smoke and drink@ outside, like a thief. And before going home use all kinds of chlomints and different things, to get rid form the smell.  Fear, a factor, which has it’s shadow on all of us , in some of the other way.

Ffear is the crux of religion. Decent society , we wanna make one. But just from the outer side , what about inside?. To make this society decent, we hold ourself soo many times?, we get soo accustomed of living with that fear, that we cant even decide freely.

How many times do we hear our feelings? . Yeah I know this term looks familiar, instead very familiar. Much talked about these days.

Feelings are of 2 types, natural and fabricated…  Natural is when we react naturally in a free manner . Fabricated is when we have undergone the same situation and in our subconscious mind we remember what had happned last time. SO this time we behave in a better way. This is a fabricated feeling . Most of us can’t judge between which is natural and which is fabricated.

You see a child at a mall ,instantly feel like hugging him, as he is too adorable ,  you really  liked that little fellow , you want to hug him, but you resist, reason last time u pulled a cheek of a little kid , the mother had reprimand  you. So this time you resist it , with all it takes. Now one is the natural feeling which you put a fullstop on as people dnt call it decent. You cant hug your male friends in front of there spouse, as people call it indecent. Before a female gets married , you can be friends , real good friends , but once she is into the marriage trap , you cant expect anything, not even friendship , as for the society it would not be decent. You SOo many restrictions by the society, and society made by us , irony. At times I wonder do we live for ourself or for the society ??.

Listen to your inner feelings , dnt ignore them. They are pure and innocent as a new born. They don’t urge you for doing worst things, but for some of the best moments of life, which you would cherish when that person is far, or would go away, or dies.

Nothing is wrong or nothing is right, our karma are what we decide to chose and we get results accordingly.  Don’t restrict as restrictions in relations would not lead to a more bonded family,or more bonded relation. It would rather fill with a feeling of unexpression. Don’t force to change the person you love and don’t change yourself too for someone. Rather let the person realize it with time. Use emotions and cuddles to change things for the betterment of 2 people. Force might effect in short term, but in longer term it’  would be more like as if someone has imposed sumthing on you, and you just have to follow it , as you have no choice. And like the little child you get accustomed to not going to the drawing room as it is not decent.  

Maybe next time you feel like hugging someone , be it a person , be it a pet , be it anyone. Go ahead.  Hugs are one of the most purest form of expression of love, when done with a n honest heart. Most of us miss Hugs  and we don’t even know it.

It’s us who need to decide for ourselves what is good and what is bad, without the fear of what people would say and think. As it is your life and your conscious decisions.

Love life and enjoy the small moments you get, as these are the moments which would help you know urself better  and will help you ease off from the heavy restrictions given by the society.

I would just end by saying “ We are the master of our own life’s”, we must say this to ourself in times when we need to change the direction of our sail. People will always talk , as it’s how it works in this materialistic world, but do what your want, what u feel is right for you. Maybe that decision at times turns to be  wrong for future , but you would atleast be happy that whatever , u atleast head your inner feelings and did what u wanted.

Trust me , one day wen u have money , fame, have fulfilled your responsibility , have fulfilled all your mental and physical needs, you would need emotional support, dats like 2 old people in 70’s or sumthing  walking on a beach holding hands. At that moment you can be with anyone ,be it your wife, be it your old friend, anyone  with whom you  can be youself, without any restrictions, you can talk and share what you want and looking into the eyes of each other , you know that person is surely one of the best one you have met in your life span. As the winds start blowing high.You just come a little closer and remain silent.

Getting rid of TCSD_WIN32.exe

1. Click on start button on the taskbar
2. Click on RUN
3. Box will pop up, type in msconfig
4. System Configuration Utility will pop up, click on the STARTUP tab
5. scroll down the list and find the program tcsd_win32.exe and uncheck the box
6. get back out to the desktop and restart the computer.
7. now go into your C Drive and find the directory named Program Files.
8. once in program files, find the directory called NRTU and delete it.

After you do this you can repeat steps 1-5 and look for the tcsd_win32.exe file again. It shouldn’t show up on the list again, if it does, it should have already been unclicked.

I’ve noticed this problem pops up after a specific windows update is applied, I haven’t figured out which one yet, just dont have the time. If you have the time, complain to dell. Like that would work.

forgot password for router, now what!

1) You can usually do a power cycle and press a reset button to restore factory settings. Check your manual.

Then just remember your password next time!

2) You can’t recover your forgotten password. You can only reset the router to its factory default setting by pressing the reset on the back. Instructions for resetting the router & the factory user name / password are located in the manual.

Climate Change: Can Earth EXPLODE?

The real danger for our entire civilization comes not from slow climate changes, but from verheating the planetary interior.

Galileo discovered that Earth moves. Copernicus discovered that Earth moves around the Sun. In 2000 Tom Chalko, inspired by Desmarquet’s report, discovered that the solid nucleus of our planet is in principle a nuclear reactor, it is eccentric, and that our collective ignorance may cause it to overheat and explode.

Polar ice caps melt not because the air there is warmer than 0 deg Celsius, but because they are overheated from underneath. Volcanoes become active and erupt violently not because the Earth’s interior “crystallizes”, but because the planetary nucleus is a nuclear fission reactor that needs COOLING.

It seems that the currently adopted doctrine of a “crystalline inner core of Earth” is more dangerous for humanity than all weapons of mass destruction taken together, because it prevents us from imagining, predicting and preventing truly global disasters.

In any nuclear reactor, the danger of overheating has to be recognized early. When external symptoms intensify it is usually too late to prevent disaster. Do we have enough imagination, intelligence and integrity to comprehend the danger before the situation becomes irreversible?

It seems that if we do not do anything today about Greenhouse Emissions that cause the entire atmosphere to trap more Solar Heat, we may not survive the next decade. In a systematically under-cooled spherical core reactor the cumulative cause-effect relationship is hyperbolic and leads to explosion. It seems that there will be no second chance…

Trees begun to BLOOM in winter. Photos on the left show Australian blackwood trees blooming in August (Mt Best, Victoria). This is equivalent to European and USA trees blooming in February. Plants detect “season” by monitoring the soil temperature.

Energy of earthquakes systematically increases. The graph on the left depicts the annual quake energy since record begun in 1973, computed on the basis of USGS scientific data from all quakes above 4.0 magnitude since 1973. The data is compared (scaled) to 1973 quake energy. The energy of earthuakes 7.0 and above increased 6 times in the same period…

According to the current “scientific” dogmas, the planetary interior “crystallizes” and becomes less liquid as the time goes on. So, tectonic plate motion should become slower in time and quakes should become less frequent and less energetic. The evidence presented in the graph on the left demonstrates exactly the opposite.

In the period of time when the planetary climate changed by a small fraction of one degree, earthquakes have become 5 times more energetic. I wonder why no one on Earth makes any notice of this? WHY ???

NASA measurements confirm (Science 308, 1431-1435) that Earth absorbs more energy from the Sun that it is able to reflect to space – about 0.85 MegaWatt per square kilometer more. Pollution increases daily and Solar activity is on the increase until 2012. Global increase in tectonic, volcanic and seismic activity seems certain. Have we reached the point of no return?

Some people claim that the observable earthquake energy rise is due to “improved equpiment” and/or “increasing the number of seismic stations”. This claim cannot be true. Waves from large quakes travel around the globe and are detectable ANYWHERE. Since time of Cold War there is enough seismic stations on Earth to pin-point location of a nuclear explosion (a quake 4.0) within a few km.

Increasing number of seismic stations and better equipment can only be responsible for the increase in the number of “small” quakes being detected. The global energy of “small” earthquakes (below 7.0) increased only by 40% since 1973. In contrast, the global energy of quakes 7.0 and above increased 6 times in the same period. This is not any theory. It is an observable FACT.

What causes an 8-fold increase in Antarctic glacier melting in just 3 years? Sun does not deliver 8 times the energy under the Antarctic ice does it? Some scientists predict that effects of “global warming” will take many decades. Can they explain the increase of the melting rate of Antarctic glaciers 8 times in 3 years? Overheating of the fission heated planetary interior can…

“Climate change” cannnot explain why deep Antarctic Ocean gets less salty and less dense. Overheating of the fission heated planetary interior can… Antarctica is just about the only “heatsink” left available for the planetary interior.

The matter seems URGENT. Please forward this page (or the link to it) to ANY scientist or person of integrity whom you know. Our ONLY chance seems to be to UNDERSTAND and PROVE to everyone what will happen if we do not change our attitude to atmospheric pollution. Avoid the mass media – it seems that they are controlled by those who run the “economy” and are interested in keeping humanity misinformed to the greatest extent possible.

Not able to open drives on hard disk by double click

Sometimes it happens in windows XP that you are not able to open drives on your hard disk. When you double clicking on the drives icons or right click on the drive>>explore in My computer ,the drive does not open.

This problem is generally caused by most of the viruses which infect windows XP system. They block or restrict your access to any of the drives.

But don’t worry this is not a big trouble it can be fixed easily.

 

Fix:

Normally when a virus infects a windows system which causes a drive opening problem, it automatically creates a file named autorun.inf in the root directory of each drive.

This autorun.inf file is a read only ,hidden and a system file and the folder option is also disabled by the virus. This is deliberately done by the virus in order to protect itself.  autorun.inf initiates all the activities that the virus performs when you try to open any drive.

You have to just delete this file and restart your system to correct this problem.

Follow the set of commands below to show and delete the autorun.inf

1. Open Start>>Run and type cmd and press enter. This will open a command prompt window. On this command prompt window type the following steps.

2. type cd\

3. type attrib -r -h -s autorun.inf

4. type del autorun.inf

5. now type d: and press enter for d: drive partition. Now repeat steps 3 and 4. Similarly repeat step 5 for all your hard disk partition.

Restart your system and your trouble will be fixed.
